By downloading or using Fableshire, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read by humans, not lawyers.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fableshire mobile application and any related services (collectively, "Fableshire"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Fableshire
- Fableshire is intended for personal, non-commercial family use
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a subscription or purchase
- Children may use the app under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian
- You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app or its content
Content & Intellectual Property
All stories, illustrations, audio, and other content within Fableshire are the property of Fableshire or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content within the app.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Fableshire content without our explicit written permission.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Fableshire offers a free tier with a rotating selection of stories and a premium subscription unlocking the full library
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's refund policies
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
Children & Parental Responsibility
Fableshire is designed for children aged 2–10 and is intended to be used under parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for all use of the app by children in their care, including any subscription purchases made through the app.
We do not collect personal data from children. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Fableshire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fableshire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where possible. Continued use of Fableshire after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
